Box Fit Classes are a low impact way to improve your cardio fitness and build strength & muscle.
Classes are a mix of boxing combinations and strength exercises to tone up, burn calories
and help maintain a healthy weight.
We run morning Box Fit on Monday & Thursday - classes run for approx 45 minutes.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
A fast pace 45 minute
